If someone is incline towards finer and detailed merchandise they won't be able to take their eyes off of it,I could just feel it once I held it in my hands BLK RD is hands down the best shoe maker in India period.

I haven’t received the museum brown boots in your top leather quality yet, but I have received the black pair and they are great.
Can you find out and let me know when I will receive the museum brown boots? I’m anxiously waiting 😃

Craftsmanship is solid and the value for money off the charts. Fit is good. My only complaint was that the box came a bit damaged because of the shipping. I’ll be buying again.

Love the shoes, still waiting for my shoe trees

I have received the shoes and really love them, quality is great.
However, I had also ordered shoe trees to go with it (and paid for this). Since I never wear shoes without shoe trees (to stop creasing), I asked multiple times before shipping to certainly include the shoe trees.
I never received a reply, and when I opened the package of course they forgot the shoe trees.

I asked afterwards when they would be sent, and got the message 'as soon as possible'.
I have not received an update since, and no answer to my messages.

This means I have no idea if/when they have been sent.
I love the shoes, but I am stuck with a pair of shoes I can not yet wear, and no idea when I will receive the shoe trees I already paid for.

Please answer the messages, and make sure I get the item I already paid for.
