No Shoe Metal Shoe Taps on the Shoes

I would have rated the product more favorably given that the shoes fit well and have an appealing appearance. However, the absence of the advertised metal toe taps is a significant oversight. This detail was clearly stated on the company's website, and its omission suggests a lack of thorough review prior to international shipping. Although the company has issued an apology, such an error is concerning for a new business.Given the error, I am uncertain about purchasing another pair; however, it is an aesthetically pleasing shoe overall.
