Orginally, I had a terrible experience with buying these loafers. There was definitely a defect either in the leather or how they stretched it. The terrible part came in trying to get fast customer service. After numerous Whatapp posts and a couple of emails, I was contacted by someone who represented himself as a principle in the company. He agreed the shoes should go back. They were remade, took a little longer than originally told, but were done and sent back to me. This psi looks much better. This time they even included shoe bags for the shoes. I’m wearing them as I post to break in. Improve the customer service response and you’d get five stars.

I've heard a lot of people on the internet talk about BLKBRD and I was intrigued. The fact that these loafers are hand lasted, handmade, with premium horse rump was checking all of the boxes for me. I ordered them with a topy and toe plate, I think that's really going to extend the sole life, The bottom of my toes are always the first to go. I've worn these around a bit already, and I really like them. I ordered a pair of tassel loafers in shell cordovan as well. Can't wait for those to come in. Honestly, I'm not going to be buying shoes from any other brand any time soon,
