The shoes are lovely but the service is no no

The shoes came to be very lovely and comfortable like I expected but not the service, I have ordered as I live in Japan the extra shipping fees was already at the time of checkout but I got the shoes and they said to pay the shipping fees and other things again. As the delivery person was doing what he was asked to do. So I claimed the shoes and contacted the support team and there was no response no response for mails, their what's support or what so every. The person Pradeep Par, has not even informed anything about this. How can there such less responseble with the customer after paying such high price. Was really not expecting this. I was so excited about delivery but had a very huge disappointed.

Decent Shoe - Dissatisfied with the Leather Selection

This pair of Navy Museum Calf Adel was my 7th or 8th order from blkbrd. I am very disappointed in the leather selection choice, it was terrible as if no thought was considered. Why would someone select to have this piece of leather with a HUGE black blotch on a visible part of a shoe? The shoe fits nicely, but being a customer that has been with the company for years - I would hope the selection of leather is better than this.
